PROJECTS HULT & HEBEISEN HAS WORKED ON...
|
Key's Cafe/Broadway West
Retail Center, Forest Lake, MN - Designed the
site using pervious pavers for drainage design to mitigate
any additional costs incured by the impact of a wetland
located in the rear of the property. Coordinated with Rice
Creek and Comfort Lake Forest Lake Watersheds, City of
Forest Lake, MN DNR and the State of Minnesota to complete
this project in a timely and efficient manner.
Lakeland Plaza Mall,
Lakeland, MN - Coordinated and performed the
redevelopment of an existing strip mall. Designed three
infiltration basins and prepared plans for grading,
drainage, utilities and erosion control. Coordinated with
Middle St. Croix Watershed, City of Lakeland and the State
of Minnesota.
Harley Automotive,
Oakdale, MN - Performed the site development
efforts in the expansion Harley Automotive's current
building. Efforts c inclue the design of an infiltation
basin and two large retaining walls. Coordinated with
Valley Branch Watershed and the City of Oakdale on this
project.
Benson's Airport, White Bear Township, MN

Creek Watershed for the design and implementation of an
"Green" infiltration area.
Don Waldoch Property, City of Columbus, MN
- Performed design and prepared plans for utilities,
grading and drainage on this four acre commercial
development. Coordinated with the City and watershed
district on the design and implementation of various site
features.
McGough Jr. and Sr. Residences, North Oaks and
Shoreview, MN –
Prepared
grading and drainage plans and performed a tree assessment
for each of the listed properties.
Liberty Heights Estates, Elk River, MN
– Performed design and prepared plans for
utilities, streets, grading and drainage on this 451 unit
residential development.
Cedar Creek Storm Water Management Plan, San
Antonio, TX –
Analyzed potential
flooding issues caused by the Cedar Creek Development.
Identified appropriate mitigation measures for flow
increases to four different creeks, selected site locations
and design criteria for Regional Storm Water Facilities and
updated existing hydrologic and hydraulic modeling provided
by the City of San Antonio for two creeks. The project is a
650-acre single-family development located in northwest San
Antonio and contributes runoff to four watersheds.
Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) for
Stream 5B20, Plano, TX – The
project consisted of analyzing the 100-year FEMA floodplain
for a Zone A tributary in existing and proposed conditions.
Reclamation was performed to remove areas from the effective
floodplain and part of the stream was boxed in a culvert.
The purpose of this study was to establish the 100-year
regulatory discharge and water surface elevations of the
tributary and to report that the design of the proposed
culvert is capable of carrying the 100-year regulatory
discharge without increasing water surface elevations per
FEMA criteria. The project is for a 203,000 square-foot
Wal-Mart building that will be located on 23-acres.
