Dale
F. Hebeisen, P.L.S.
President
|
Mr. Hebeisen is a Professional Land Surveyor with over 40 years
of experience. His background includes service to both private
and public sector clients.
He began his career
in surveying in 1968 with the Minnesota Department of Natural
Resources in the Bureau of Engineering. In 1972 he joined Hult
& Associates, Inc. where he provided and supervised a wide
variety of surveying services including a period of time as the
Chisago County Surveyor.
In July of 2008 he
formed the present firm of Hult & Hebeisen, P.A. |

Kelly L. Jordan, P.L.S.
Vice President
|
Mr. Jordan is a Professional Land Surveyor
and Certified Arborist. His surveying career began in 1994
working summer internships while obtaining a bachelors degree in
Land Surveying from Michigan Tech. University. Graduating in
1997, he worked as a crew chief for 7 years on a variety of
residential and commercial survey projects. In 2003, he became a
Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Minnesota and
transitioned into the position of project manager in 2005.
In
July of 2007, Mr. Jordan joined the Hult & Hebeisen team as a
project manager of surveying services. He is a dedicated
professional that strives to always get the job done accurately
and economically. |

Kevin T. Streeter,
P.E.
Civil Engineer |
Mr. Streeter
is a Project Engineer/Manager with five years of engineering
experience. Kevin’s experience includes water resource
management, technical writing, site plan design and review,
construction staking and project administration. He is familiar
with FEMA rules and regulations and has had extensive experience
working with various HEC modeling programs and HydroCAD. He also
works extensively with various watershed districts to ensure
that each project exceeds water quality standards. Mr. Streeter
is focused on implementing and maintaining a successful program
that will set an industry standard for low impact development.
He works closely with agency
representatives, clients, contractors, and surveyors throughout
the design and construction of residential, commercial
development. Kevin's experience also includes all aspects of
site design, plan and specification preparation, plan review,
project administration, feasibility studies, construction
staking and inspection. He has designed a variety of different
land development projects including commercial site plans, urban
residential developments, grading and drainage plans, and rural
residential developments.

Michael D. Nelson,
L.S.I.T
Certified Arborist
|
Mr. Nelson is a land surveyor in training (LSIT). He
graduated from North Dakota State University in May 2004 with a
bachelor science degree in Geology. For the last several years,
he has been taking classes from Saint Cloud State University to
complete his state requirements for licensure. He has several
years of field and office experience using the latest equipment
and AutoCAD programs. He has done almost every type of survey.
Also, as a certified arborist he has worked on several tree
inventories and tree assessments. Recently, he obtained a
notary public. |
